A Little More Detail …
From 1981 - 1991 Nancy enjoyed ten successful years at General Mills working
her way up to Director of Marketing. During that time, she introduced and led
many brands. Some of these included Gold Medal Flour®, Bisquick®, Fruit
Roll-ups®, Hamburger Helper®, Pop Secret®, Betty Crocker® Frostings and several
Big G® Cereals, including Total® and Wheaties®.
In 1991 Nancy joined
ConAgra Frozen Foods. As Vice President of Healthy Choice® Meals and Ice Cream
from 1993-1995, she and her teams grew retail sales sixty percent and increased
profits by threefold. This was accomplished through a total re-launch of the
business, cost effectiveness programs, new advertising and thirty new products.
More recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing for ConAgra Frozen Foods,
she managed retail sales of close to two billion dollars and a department of
over seventy people. In that position, from 1995-1998, she and her groups grew
sales and profits thirteen and forty percent respectively.
Also, they launched more than ninety new products. Brands in her portfolio
included Healthy Choice®, Banquet®, Marie Callender's® and Kid Cuisine®.
Nancy founded ReGen Enterprises, LLC 1998. True to her personal and
professional experiences, Nancy focuses on building and regenerating the
long-term "health" of businesses and the long-term "health" of people. She does
this by helping her clients with business strategy, marketing strategy, and the
positioning and branding of their businesses. She also helps develop the
leadership and business communication skills of executives and their people so
that they lead and contribute with greater positive impact to the overall
success of their organizations.
"I believe for a business to be healthy for the long term, it must be
grounded with three fundamentals: a vision, business positioning, and risk
management. Too often these are forgotten, hastily discussed, or ignored due to
pressures to move fast. Without these three, achieving objectives and setting
business strategy is compromised from the start."
"The difference with Nancy is that she truly has "been there, done that."
